    You need to provide the necessary materials for binder design (logo, text, images, etc.) separately.

  • Can I get a refund due to typos in the binder?

    Refunds are not available for typos after receiving the binder.

  • Is logo design also available?

    If you need logo design, additional costs will apply.

  • Do you also create the binder content?

    If there is no content (text), an additional writing fee will be charged.

  • Is photography also available?

    If you need photography, additional costs will apply.

  • Can I get a refund before the binder draft design?

    A 100% refund is available before producing the print draft.

  • Can I get a refund after the first binder draft is completed?

    After sharing the first draft, only 30% of the amount will be refunded.

  • Can I get a refund after binder production is completed?

    No refunds are available once production has started.

  • How many binder design revisions are allowed?

    There is no limit on the number of revisions, but the production period must be considered.

  • Are the prices in the price list inclusive of VAT?

    No. All costs are exclusive of VAT.
