Before designing a business card, please check the following:
- When designing a business card, you must provide the necessary materials (logo, text, images, etc.) separately.
- If you need a logo created, there will be an additional cost.
- We offer a 100% refund before the production of printed drafts.
- After sharing the first draft, we will refund 30%.
- Refunds are not possible after production has begun.
- Refunds due to typos are not possible after receiving the printed materials.
- Printing costs are separate.
- There is no limit to the number of revisions. However, there is a production period.
- Delivery will be made 1-3 days after design confirmation (excluding holidays, weekends, and courier holidays).
- Business cards are shipped freight collect, and shipping fees will be charged upon receipt.
- All costs are exclusive of VAT.
