    A 100% refund is available before the print draft is created.

  • Is VAT included in the price?

    All costs are exclusive of VAT.

  • I don’t have a logo. Can you still produce the business card?

    Yes, it is possible. However, logo design is a separate service with additional cost.

  • What is the refund policy after draft confirmation?

    If you request a refund after sharing the first draft, only 30% of the total amount will be refunded.

  • If there are typos after receiving the business cards, can I get a refund or reprint?

    Refunds are not available for typos found after receiving the printed materials, so please review carefully during the draft confirmation stage.

  • How many revisions are allowed?

    There is no limit on the number of revisions, but scheduling adjustments may be needed due to the production timeline.

  • How is the shipping fee handled?

    Business cards are shipped with cash on delivery (COD), and the shipping fee will be charged upon receipt.
