If a refund is requested after the first draft has been shared, only 30% of the total amount will be refunded.

If you have a desired design concept, please attach images or site URLs, and we will reflect them in the production.

To what extent are revisions possible?
Color, image replacement, and text changes are possible, but a full layout change is not allowed. (However, 1-2 completed draft samples will be shared before production begins.)

What if there is no text content?
If there is no text at all, additional writing costs may apply.

If card news production is canceled, is a refund possible?
Before production begins, a 100% refund is possible. After production starts, refunds are not possible.

If a logo is required, is it included in the base production cost?
Logo design is a separate task and additional costs will apply.

How are costs calculated?
All costs are exclusive of VAT.

What if there are no images?
If the subject is special and there are no photos or images, we can use basic product illustrations or AI-generated images.
