Small Business Market Expansion Support Program

Picosoft is an official supplier for the Small Business Market Expansion Support Program. We are waiting for small business owners who wish to participate in the support program.

Items Eligible for Picosoft Support

Please be sure to check the scope and details of support. Only tasks within the eligible support scope are supported (tasks outside the scope will be deemed “not eligible”).

Online / Offline Marketing

Viral marketing through SNS, blogs, online communities, performance marketing, live commerce, and online/offline promotional events

Marketing advertising expenses

  • Transactions between individuals (e.g., influencers) are not supported
  • All costs related to crowdfunding are not supported (including marketing for funding and Wadiz pre-orders)

Brand Enhancement

Brand improvement, brand image planning and design enhancement

Branding (brand naming, concept development, etc.), BI/CI development and applications, character and emblem design, etc.

  • Patent and application fees are not supported
  • All deliverables (BI/CI, applications, designs, etc.) must be completed within the agreement period
  • Projects cannot end at a qualitative stage such as brand naming or concept development only (final deliverables derived through these stages and documented proof of results for naming and concept development are required)

Marketing Design

Product detail pages, package design, card news, catalogs (print/digital), advertising banners, brochures, product introductions, etc.

Design planning, photography, translation (native proofreading), production, etc.

  • Die plates and mold production are not supported
  • Printed materials such as leaflets and brochures must be used and exhausted within the agreement period
  • Application and program development/production costs are not supported
  • Simple company introduction pages such as company history are not supported
  • Simple photo and video shooting alone is not supported

Promotional Video Production

Corporate and product promotional videos, short-form videos

Video planning, filming, editing, equipment rental, subtitle support, video editing, etc.

  • Labor costs (models, voice actors, etc.) are not supported
  • Produced content must be utilized and exhausted within the agreement period
  • Simple photo and video shooting alone is not supported

Advertising

Home shopping, TV advertising (terrestrial, cable, IPTV), PPL, print advertising (periodicals, newspapers), outdoor advertising (banners, electronic billboards, and displays)

Planning, filming, broadcasting fees, (home shopping) sales commissions

  • For periodicals and newspapers, publication within the agreement period is required (publication date must be specified)

This program can be applied for and submitted through the Small Business Online Policy Support Platform “Small Business 24 (www.sbiz24.kr)”.

When registering for Small Business 24 and applying for the program, the process must be completed under the name of the business owner. If the applicant information differs from the business owner’s information, smooth application processing may be difficult.

Government funding 80% support

  • The project cost is based on the supply price, and value-added tax (VAT) must be borne separately by the beneficiary in addition to the self-funded portion
  • Project cost execution and deliverable completion must be carried out within the agreement period
  • Additional programs such as capacity-building training will be provided for selected small business owners

Support for voucher items by application type with a government funding limit of KRW 18 million
